I read support messages myself. Tell me what you tried and what happened. For a technical problem, include your Sollestro version, computer and selected AI model. Use Save Log in the app and attach the file. Please do not send client media unless we agree on an example and you have permission to share it.
Ask the assistant first
For "how do I..." questions, the Sollestro assistant answers straight away. It knows every button and setting in Sollestro 3.1 Beta, from installing and choosing a model to AI Edit, B-roll Cutaways, Beat Sync and photo selection, and it can explain a message in your Log. There are no video tutorials yet, so ask it for a step-by-step guide to any feature. Open the assistant or use the chat button at the bottom right.
It uses a cloud service, and a substantive conversation is emailed to Sollestro support. Do not enter client material or licence keys.
